1. Scope
These Terms govern your use of MyGamingLog (“the Service”), operated by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME (TODO)] (see Imprint). By registering or continuing to use the Service you accept these Terms.
2. The Service
MyGamingLog lets you manage game libraries from Steam, PSN, and Xbox in one place, link your Riot account to show your League of Legends rank, view achievements and play times, write reviews, and interact with other users. The Service is free and ad-free.
3. Account
Personalised features require an account. You provide accurate information at registration, keep your credentials confidential, and hold only one account.
You can delete your account at any time under Settings → Delete account.
4. Connected storefronts and Riot Games
Connecting Steam, PSN, or Xbox happens on your initiative and authorisation. We do not control whether the providers permit third-party API use; if a provider restricts access, affected features may be disabled.
Riot-powered features (League of Legends and Teamfight Tactics) show official Riot data for the account you link, and you may only link a Riot account you own. MyGamingLog is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Riot Games.
5. User content
Reviews, messages, group posts, and profile images remain yours. You grant us a simple, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence for the duration of your account use, to store and display that content as required to run the Service.
You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights and is not unlawful.
6. Prohibited actions
- Automated scraping beyond what our API permits.
- Circumventing visibility or access rules.
- Spam, mass DMs, unsolicited commercial messages.
- Reverse engineering or attacking the infrastructure.
- Multiple accounts to bypass bans or manipulate scores.
7. Suspension and termination
On repeated or serious violations we may suspend or delete your account. There is no claim to reinstatement.
8. Availability
We do not guarantee any specific uptime. Maintenance, hosting-partner outages, or third-party API outages may cause interruptions.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and under the Produkthaftungsgesetz.
For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and only up to the foreseeable contract-typical damage. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, and damages from outages is excluded so far as legally permissible.
We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data sourced from third-party providers.
10. Changes to these terms
We may amend these Terms for legitimate reasons. Material changes are announced at least six weeks in advance in-product or by email. If you do not object within that period, the amended Terms are deemed accepted.
11. Governing law
German law applies, to the exclusion of the UN CISG. Consumers retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their habitual residence.
12. Severability
If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
